1. Introduction

LZH Digital ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our AI Assistant service. We comply with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Information We Collect

• Account identifiers: Your messaging platform user ID (e.g., Telegram user ID, Discord snowflake). We do not collect your real name unless you provide it voluntarily.
• Conversation data: Messages you send to the AI assistant, stored in session logs to maintain conversation context. Logs are retained for 90 days.
• Payment information: Transaction records (plan, amount, date) via Stripe. We never store your card number or payment credentials — these are handled entirely by Stripe.
• Usage data: Request counts, feature usage, and error logs for service improvement.
• Technical data: IP address (for security), timestamps.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide, operate, and improve the AI Assistant service
• To manage your subscription and process payments
• To enforce usage limits and Terms of Service
• To respond to support requests
• To send service-related notifications (e.g., subscription expiry)

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

4. Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy at stripe.com/privacy.
• AI Model Providers: Your messages may be processed by AI model APIs (e.g., Anthropic, SiliconFlow). These providers process data according to their own privacy policies.
• Messaging Platforms: Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, etc. operate under their own privacy policies.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on servers located in Canada. We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular security reviews. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

• Conversation logs: 90 days
• Subscription records: 7 years (required by Canadian tax law)
• Security logs: 30 days

You may request deletion of your conversation data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights (PIPEDA)

Under Canadian law you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data (where legally permissible)
• Withdraw consent (which may limit your ability to use the Service)

8. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us immediately.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised date. For material changes, we will notify subscribers via their messaging channel.
