1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the LZH Digital AI Assistant service ("Service") provided by LZH Digital ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LZH Digital provides an AI assistant service accessible through messaging platforms including Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp, Slack, and others. The Service uses third-party AI models (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Anthropic Claude, and OpenAI GPT) to generate responses to user queries.

3. Account and Subscription

  • Free accounts receive 5 AI requests per day at no charge.
  • Paid subscriptions (Monthly at $9 CAD/month or Yearly at $79 CAD/year) provide unlimited access and additional features.
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance. Monthly subscriptions renew every 30 days. Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days.
  • You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused periods.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your payment card details.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Generate illegal, harmful, abusive, or harassing content
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service infrastructure
  • Resell or redistribute access without written permission
  • Impersonate any person or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Content and AI Outputs

AI-generated responses are provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose. You are solely responsible for evaluating the accuracy of AI outputs and any decisions made based on them. Do not rely on AI outputs for medical, legal, financial, or safety-critical decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your inputs to provide the Service. We retain all rights to the Service software, infrastructure, and original content on this website.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses arising from Service unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LZH Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Windsor, Ontario.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify subscribers of material changes via the messaging channel they use.
